- Is this person leader ?
- Is this person rifled, focused and obsesd with a product ?
- I hope what inspire a founder is a personal problem and this product is a solution.
- Communication skills
- Founder must be decisive
- In order to make progress, you need to make decisions

Bootstrap as long as you possibly can !
Be as good so they can’t ignore you.
Don’t give away too much equity for de-motivating team and founder.
